CloseThe Samoa Tourism Authority (STA) hosted a workshop with industry chefs in collaboration with renowned chef, Sven Hanson Britt. The workshop aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of local chefs and promoting Samoa’s cuisine in the global market.
Sven Hanson is a world-renowned chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in some of the world’s top restaurants and hotels, including the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. More recently, he worked as head chef for Samoa born MasterChef judge and TV presenter Monica Galetti in her London based restaurant Mere.
