Plus there will be many more prizes announced between now and WTM. In order to enter the ANTOR Diamond Treasure Hunt log onto www.antor.co.uk and follow the instructions (live from 01 October 2012) or sign-up when registering for WTM. The draw will take place on the TTG stand at WTM on Thursday 08 November at 11am.

The lucky winner will win a Gassan 121 diamond cut, river colour,   V.S. Clarity (Very small inclusion ),  0.25 carat (exactly a quarter of a carat) worth UK £1,072 (€1,340). Gassan Diamonds is located in a beautifully restored factory building in the centre of Amsterdam. Built in 1878, the factory has become the epicentre of diamond perfection. With this goal in mind, the diamond polishers at Gassan Diamonds introduced an even more breath-taking cut: the Gassan 121. This cut has one hundred and twenty one facets, sixteen additional facets on the top and forty eight extra underneath in comparison to the traditional brilliant cut. Visitors to Gassan Diamonds can experience the diamond polishers at work first-hand, while multilingual staff reveal the ins and outs of the diamond trade.

“This evening marks a special year in the antor calendar as it is our diamond Jubilee 60 years since the industry came together to recognise the work of foreign tourist boards abroad and to develop a fraternity and bond that is quite unique from any other association, what better way to celebrate than by giving a lucky member of the industry the chance to win a Gassan diamond from Holland” commented Tracey Poggio, Chairman of ANTOR

City Breaks to Holland

On a City Break to Holland there are many charming and diverse cities to discover.  Amsterdam has a rich heritage of art and culture and is surrounded by both traditional and  modern suburbs, waiting to be explored.  The university city of Utrecht can be viewed by gondola along its medieval canals and The Hague, Royal city by the sea, offers shopping, wining and dining, all in a historical setting.  Rotterdam, Holland’s architecture and design capital, offers more of a futuristic experience with its spectacular sky-line.
